Customer feedback review 1: Michael has been our go to attorney for over 10 years now. All things real estate, our trust, business LLCs. All things needed to help us be successful. We hired him to over see the purchase of the butcher shop and it was money well spent! 10/10. Mr. Barrett explained that he couldn't review just part of the lease because of his malpractice insurance. He disclosed that to review the somewhat 15 pages of the lease and interact with our counter-party we would have to provide a $2,500 retainer and pay $500/hr for any time he spend. I told him I would think about it. I still had to pay his $220 consultation fee. To top it all off he had a spectacular presentation at the end, all in all I defintely recommend Michael Barrette to anyone even thinking they may need his services, you won't regret it. Customer feedback Review 11: I would give them 0 stars but too bad is not possible, their office times are supposed to be from 8:30am to 5pm , I started calling at 8:30am and no one answered until 10 am and the first thing I get called is that I’m the man of the hour for calling to much , I was told they would call me back in 15 minutes, and that never happed and an hour later I decided to call back and that’s when they told me that they were not taking any cases, so don’t know why they are still open for business, Unless they are pick an choosing the cases they want , so that confirms on one of the past reviews, they do pick and choose the cases the want . On that note he said he worked less than an hour on my case and I was charged $667. With a rate of $375 an hour he must have enough bs fees to baffle the avg joe. Well they lied and Mr Barrette was rude at the consultation.
